In Deuteronomy 6:4–9, families are encouraged to teach God’s Word throughout everyday life. At Hermosa, we believe raising children in faith is not something parents do alone, but something we do together as the body of Christ. Our children’s ministry exists to partner with families as we help children know Jesus, grow in His Word, and develop a faith that becomes their own.

Sunday Mornings

Birth–5th Grade
We love partnering with families as children grow in their faith and understanding of God’s Word.
Bible classes meet every Sunday at 9:00 AM for children from birth through 5th grade. During our worship service, we also offer Kids Worship for children ages 2–5.

Wednesday Nights

Birth–5th Grade
During the school year, we offer Wednesday evening classes for children from birth through 5th grade. A meal is served at 5:30 PM, followed by classes from 6:30–7:15 PM.
During the summer, we meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:30–7:15 PM for K-Pow, our midweek program for incoming 1st–5th graders. We also offer a preschool class during this time.
